INTRODUCTION

To gain an understanding of cellular mechanisms, it is necessary to generate data on molecular machines operating within their intact environment. Recent methodological progress has facilitated the development of in situ techniques. The conference will bring together experts and emerging researchers from various fields of method development and biological applications, providing a platform for the exchange of ideas and the exploration of future structural biology avenues.
